Overview

Witch’s Secret (Elieen) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during All Saints’ Eve Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.

Support unit similar to Devil’s Cheesecake, with skills designed primarily to improve party survivability. Cheesecake directly improves Party survivability, whereas Witch’s Secret focuses on debuffing the enemy with a double whammy of Blind & Silence.

Currently the best debuffer in the game, but that’s not really impressive considering the relatively small character pool. However, her ability to proc blind on the entire enemy team is extremely powerful, and it has 50% uptime, 66% at 3 star.

Personally, I’m not very fond of Silence, since it just means the enemy will deal more damage instead of using their support skills, e.g. Kitsune, Riot Guard & Giga-Emu.

Her base stats are all over the place, and not particularly good. Low base ATK means her dps will be low-average at best since S2 & S3 scale off ATK.

Skills

The skills below are based on the 0★ form and at Level 1:

Basic Attack
The target takes damage equal to 80 + 100% of ATK, 10% chance of inflicting [Blind] on the target for 2 turns.

[Blind]: Attacks have a 50% chance of missing.

Ultimate – Forbidden Curse [Cooldown 4 turns.]

All enemies take damage equal to 30% of ATK, 100% chance of inflicting [Blind] on all enemies for 2 turns.

[Blind]: Attacks have a 50% chance of missing.

Matchups

Her biggest competition is Devil’s Cheesecake, since they both serve to improve party survivability. Whereas Cheesecake gives your allies a shield, WS debuffs the enemy with the Blind debuff. 50% is massive, and this is a chance to completely negate damage. The biggest issue is consistency – her skill is useless if it fails to connect.

Silence is difficult to gauge. Again, I like it when the enemy spends a turn using a weak aoe attack or buff/debuff an enemy. Silence just means they will only use their basic attack, which is usually pretty powerful and not something I want to proc often.

• Main-stats: E.Hit (Ring, Armor, Gloves, Necklace, Boot), ATK%(Earrings, Gloves, Necklace)
• Sub-stats: ATK (Gloves, Armor), HIT(Earrings, Ring, Armor, Necklace, Boot)
