Overview

Summerlust (Eileen) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during Waterside Rhapsody, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.

Her kit is interesting, but perhaps even more interesting is that she actually went first against a level 60 enemy. This might just be me overthinking things though. She’s a Support DPS unit. As expected, we’re getting more status effects, which is pretty much a given the nature of turn-based games. I’m going to make a bingo board later covering all the generic effects in my spare time.

‘Revenge’ is a stackable buff that is very easy to build, increasing every time Summerlust attacks or gets hit by an enemy attack. I don’t think Revenge can expire, meaning that it will have 100% uptime and only get stronger the longer a fight goes on. It caps at 10 stacks, capping at a +10% increase in DPS. – Contribootyer

The skills below are based on the 0★ form and at Level 1:

Basic Attack
The target takes damage equal to 80 + 100% of ATK, 100% chance of bestowing [Revenge] on the ally with the lowest HP.

[Revenge]: Bestow one additional stack of [Revenge] each time this unit is attacked or this status is recast, starting at 0 stacks, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. This Persona deals additional 1% damage for each stack of [Revenge].

Special – Rosethorn [Cooldown 2 turns.]

The target takes damage equal to 150 + 70% of ATK, increase damage by an additional 10% for each stack of [Revenge] of the allied side, up to a maximum of 200%.

[Revenge]: Bestow one additional stack of [Revenge] each time this unit is attacked or this status is recast, starting at 0 stacks, up to a maximum of 10 stacks. This Persona deals additional 1% damage for each stack of [Revenge].

Ultimate – Full Bloom [Cooldown 4 turns.]

All enemies take damage equal to 70% of SPD, 100% chance of bestowing [Revenge] on all allies.

Matchups

Summerlust is literally an Offensive-oriented Shadowswift(Cartilla). She gives a buff to all allies that increases their DPS, and has 100% uptime.

I cannot comment on the overall effectiveness of +10% DPS, but she does gain a massive power boost to her Special – Rosethorn, increasing the scaling by +200%, giving her decent damage output. – Contribootyer
