Iron Tigress (Sera) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during Tears of the Phoenix Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.
WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:
Another similar variation of Chaos Flame(Sera), is specialized for Raid Boss. Other than that, she’s just a regular DPS. In an ideal situation, her final damage will be increased by a total of 90% from her passive.
