Overview
Passionate Gift (Rouffe) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during The Chocolate Dream Factory Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.
WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:
Very decent offensive Persona overall, with some meaningful buff and passive that allowed her to perform. She has very high uptime of both [Quick Attack] and [Power Strike] buff (+25% crit chance) from 2nd round onward because of how the [Quick Attack] buff/passive works. Every skill will trigger [Quick Attack], hence she’s dealing an additional Basic Attack right after the skill she used and that will proc [Power Strike] buff on herself. The only letdown of this Persona is her Exclusive Relic doesn’t provide critical chance, but critical damage multiplier instead. If her Exclusive Relic provides critical chance, she can be pretty broken with almost permanent 100% crit chance from 2nd round onward. (with legendary gears) Well, since Relic usage is optional that means you can use other Persona’s Relic to achieve that (close to permanent) 100% crit chance if you know what I meant.
