Overview
Zashiki-Warashi (Phoenix) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during Tears of the Phoenix Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.
WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:
She’s still not good enough to replace New Moon(Misaki) entirely to be honest, but her Passive is a great placeholder to boost your team with +2% ASPD. At the late game, you will eventually have enough gears to build up some SPD and ASPD% on your team to move your turn before the enemies. From that point onward, she’s no longer needed unless there’s a new enemy type that has crazy ASPD% like 30% or more. Both of her Special Skill and Ultimate Skill reduce enemy turn gauge, but kinda abysmal when compared to Archdemon Ba’al(Alana). I hope someone can test it with real data to prove me wrong, because even current Archdemon Ba’al(Alana) is still inconsistent on reducing enemy’s turn since we do not know if the turn gauge can be negative numbers or not. Sometimes, she pushed the enemy’s turn when only she’s the last one to move but in my main account, she pushed the enemy’s turn regardless of being first or last one to move on team. And you need to have at least decent ASPD% ( 27% or 28+%) on the entire team to make Archdemon Ba’al(Alana) work as intended. (from my testing)
