Overview

Pure Moon (Misaki) is a Limited SSR Persona available in [Pilgrimage to the Fukatsuki Seichi] Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends unless there are rerun events or events that feature this Persona again.

WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:

She will be a decent DPS, if she doesn’t have the downside of taking 25% more damage. Unlike her sister Miriam, her max charges gaining speed is a bit slower and awkward on using her skills sequence depending on enemies having buff(s) or not. If enemy has buff(s), her skills sequence will go 3-2-1-3, dealing the very big hit at 4th turn. If enemy has no buff(s), her skills sequence will go 3-2-1-2-3, dealing the very big hit at 5th turn. At max 5 charges, her ulti deals (350% + 400%) x1.5 of damage. Her passive is working as intended with 50% more damage (x1.5 multiplier) when you have [Charge](s). Please note that: The 25% increased damage taken is only affected by hit portion of damage, extra damage tick for example like [Bleed] debuff won’t take effect. Also, every time losing all charges from using her ult will regain back at least 2 charges. (1 from the skill itself, 1 from the [Charge] mechanic) Her Ultimate will regain back total of 3 charges if she dispelled an enemy.

Ultimate – Remnant Heart [Cooldown 4 turns.]

The target takes damage equal to 450 + 300% of ATK. This attack is guaranteed to hit.

If the caster has 5 stacks of [Charge], increase the damage buff by an additional 340% and remove [Charge].

50% chance of removing all buffs from the target, if buffs are successfully removed, reduce the cooldown of this skill by 1 turn, and bestow 1 stack of [Charge] on self.

At the end of this skill, bestow 1 stack of [Charge] on self.
