Overview

Frostblossom (Eileen) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during The Weight of the Crown Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.

WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:

Similar to Archdemon Ba’al (Alana), she needs ramp-up time to bring up the full potential of her 2nd skill. Depending on the situation, her ramp-up time varies. Please note that her 2% increased damage per 1% HP loss is only affecting her Special Skill, capped at 150%. That means she only needs to lose 75% of her HP, the HP loss will accumulate which makes it easier as you won’t be worrying about healing her when she has low HP. Her Passive just synergize perfectly with her HP loss mechanic, grant her another life and Lifesteal after receiving fatal damage. Overall she’s a pretty good DPS, and getting much stronger after reaching the 75% HP loss threshold.

Extra notes for Frostblossom (Eileen): From the testing, either you lose the HP by yourself or by enemies doesn’t matter. They both accumulate throughout the entire fight. 150% increased damage based on my testing and calculation, is a more multiplier on top of Special Skill modifier number. That means your 2nd skill damage will be 300% ATK x 150% (which equals to x 2.5) multiplier, so your full potential damage number will be 750% ATK.

Passive: At the start of battle, bestow [HPlock] on self for an unlimited number of turns. When fatal damage is taken, dispel [HPlock], restore 50% of Max HP, and bestow 100% [Absorb] on self for 2 turns.

[Absorb]: Recover a certain percentage of HP when attacking.

Ultimate – Blizzard [Cooldown 4 turns.]

Self-inflict damage equal to 30% of Max HP. This damage cannot reduce HP to less than 1, and is counted as an attacking move.

The target takes damage equal to 400 + 400% of ATK, if self HP is less than 30%, restore HP to self equal to 20% of this damage.
