Overview
Spirit Detective (Alana) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during The Rose Mystery Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.
WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:
Another Support that buffs allies’ damage is very similar to Nightcrawler (Inase), which needs to have debuff(s) on enemies for her passive to function. Her [Suspicion] stacks on enemies are totally RNG-based, which is very unreliable. If you are on an unlucky streak, you will need 5 turns to max out the stacks to fully utilize her Ultimate which applies the maximum amount of debuffs. Her Exclusive Relic (at Max Level) will apply 3 [Suspicion] stacks at the start of the battle, but only one random target. If it is applied to all enemies, that will at least be useful (just a little), but right now it is completely useless.

Detective Alana on the Case! Apart from giving head… She only can spread various debuffs such as [Weak], [Crush] and [Locked] with her [Suspicion] stacks, [Locked] is the newest debuff where those who received it, will not be able to avoid the incoming attack however you need 3 [Suspicion] stacks to get it and requires some setup like WinterIsle [轻轻] said. PvP or PvE potential can be considered average nor very good as [Weak], [Crush] can be inflicted by other Persona such as Blood Moon (Misaki), Timekeeper (Inase), Pure White Love Song (Cartilla), and so on.

The target takes damage equal to 150 + 125% of ATK.

Passive: While this Persona is alive, each time any enemy target finishes a skill, there is a 30% chance of inflicting 1 stack of [Suspicion] on them. Each enemy target can receive up to 1 stack per turn.

[Suspicion]: The enemy’s actions are under suspicion by the Spirit Detective. When attacked by the Spirit Detective’s Ultimate Skill, it inflict various debuffs.
Ultimate – Truth Revealed [Cooldown 4 turns.]
All enemies take damage equal to 75 + 105% of ATK, trigger the following actions based on the number of [Suspicion] stacks held by each enemy:
if it is 1 stack or more, then 100% chance of inflicting [Weak] on the target for 2 turns.
if it is 2 stack or more, then 100% chance of inflicting [Crush] on the target for 2 turns.
if it is 3 stack or more, then 100% chance of inflicting [Locked] on the target for 2 turns.
At the end of the skill, remove all [Suspicion] from the target.
Passive: Increases damage dealt by allies to targets with [Locked] by 30%.

Matchups
New Moon (Misaki) could work well with her Ultimate My Turn to potentially gain 1 additional turn to allow Spirit Detective (Alana) to inflict more [Suspicion] stacks.
