Overview

Ethereal Phantom (Phoenix) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited Event [Ringlos Black Market Rumble] Limited Event, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.

WinterIsle [轻轻]’s First Impression:

Finally, a new Persona that can inflict stun/[Confuse] on the enemy, this is the third persona that can do so. However, the stun/[Confuse] from her Special Skill is a bit clunky since you need to have [Invisibility] buff first, otherwise she won’t stun the enemy.

TLDR: She needs an additional turn to prepare before she can stun the enemy. [Invisibility] buff can prevent her from being targeted, except from AoE damage.
Note:

[Confuse]: Miss the next turn.
[Invisibility]: Cannot be targeted by enemies’ skill. This status will be removed when taking damage from skills. When only Personas with this status remain on the battlefield, they can be targeted by enemies’ skills.

Basic Attack

The target takes damage equal to 150 + 105% of ATK.

100% chance of reducing the target’s Turn Gauge by 10.

The target takes damage equal to 250 + 170% of ATK. If the caster has [Invisibility], there is 100% chance of inflicting [Confuse] on the target for 1 turn.

Passive: If the caster has [Invisibility], there is a 30% chance that when an ally initiates an attack on an enemy, the caster will perform a basic attack on that target. This effect can only trigger once per Persona per turn.

2 ★	Damage equal to 267 + 180% of ATK.
3 ★	Damage equal to 275 + 185% of ATK.
4 ★	Damage equal to 283 + 190% of ATK. Changed Passive: If the caster has [Invisibility], there is a 36% chance that when an ally initiates an attack on an enemy, the caster will perform a basic attack on that target. This effect can only trigger once per Persona per turn. New Passive: When taking damage that removes [Invisibility] from self, reduce the Ultimate Skill cooldown by 1 turn.
5 ★	Damage equal to 292 + 195% of ATK.
6 ★	Damage equal to 300 + 200% of ATK.

[Invisibility]: Cannot be targeted by enemies’ skill. This status will be removed when taking damage from skills. When only Personas with this status remain on the battlefield, they can be targeted by enemies’ skills.

Ultimate – Stealth Assassination [Cooldown 4 turns.]

The target takes damage equal to 350 + 260% of ATK, bestow [Invisibility] on self for 3 turns.
