Overview

Purifier (Inase) is a Limited SSR Persona available in Limited-Time Goddess Summon during Waterside Rhapsody, which she is not available for summon after the event ends.

Gimmicky Tank, being heavily reliant on the Reflect mechanic. Purifier has very high HP & DEF, meaning she has good scaling on her skills. In fact, she has more HP than Butterfly Dream. That said, Reflect will only deal 20% of max health, so it’s pretty limited in that aspect. ‘Reflect’ is a buff that basically ‘reduces damage’ and damages the enemy for 20% of Purifier’s Max HP when attacked. Reflect is affected by the level mod as well as enemy defenses. If the enemy attack misses, Reflect will not proc. – Contribootyer

Skills

The skills below are based on the 0★ form and at Level 1:

Basic Attack
The target takes damage equal to 80 +100% of ATK, 50% chance of inflicting [Taunt] on the target for 1 turn.

[Taunt]: You must attack the enemy that Taunted you on your next turn.

Special – Rock Meditation [Cooldown 2 turns.]

The target takes damage equal to 100 + 150% of DEF, bestow [Reflect] on Inase for 4 turns.

[Reflect]: Reduce damage taken, and inflict damage equal to 20% of the attacked unit’s Max HP upon the attacker. This effect is not triggered if the Perona is killed by incoming damage. Remove this status after its effect is triggered.

Ultimate – Law of the Jaw [Cooldown 4 turns.]

The target takes damage equal to 150 + 200% of DEF, if Inase has [Reflect] then all enemies take damage equal to 20% of Max HP, and [Reflect] is dispelled.

[Reflect]: Reduce damage taken, and inflict damage equal to 20% of the attacked unit’s Max HP upon the attacker. This effect is not triggered if the Perona is killed by incoming damage. Remove this status after its effect is triggered.

Purifier’s Ultimate is basically Butterfly Dream’s Ultimate, except that she needs to have to [Reflect] active in order to make the most of it. – Contribootyer

Matchups

Honestly, I’m struggling to justify having her on the team. Reflect can have some niche use against bosses, but the setup required is quite intensive and may not warrant her deployment. – Contribootyer
